Q: I have a saddle on trial but sadly it doesn’t fit, how do I return it?
A: Sorry to hear that. No problem at all, simply email me to let me know you need to return it. I will reply with the return address & a link with information on how to book the courier. You need to pay return shipping & please only use an insured & fully tracked service. Please return it within two working days of notifying me of the return & the trial period expiring. Please read the full Terms & Conditions before ordering.
Q: How do you send the saddles?
A: Via a fully insured & tracked courier service. Normally this is Parcel Force or UPS.Postage UK mainland standard rate of £35 for Western saddles, Tack items flat rate of £4 UK mainland. The website is also setup for shipping to Ireland, Spain & France. We ship worldwide so contact for shipping quote to other countries.
Q: Do you ship abroad?
A: Yes, I can ship worldwide but you will need to contact me for a shipping quote before placing an order. You will be liable for all custom duties & tax in your country. The website is setup for shipping to UK, Isle Of Man, Ireland, France ,Spain,Germany, Portugal,Bulgaria,Australia.
Q: I would like to part exchange my saddle, do you accept part exchanges?
A: It depends on the saddle you are interested in purchasing. Some are for sale on behalf of clients. If you email me some details & photos of your saddle I will either give you a part exchange price, or I might be interested in purchasing it from you. However, please note that I can’t always do this, it depends on the quality of the saddle
Q: I purchased my saddle a few weeks ago but have decided I don’t like it, can I return it?
A: No sorry, I offer a 7-day trial period, which allows you a good amount of time to fully try out the saddle, to make sure it’s suitable for you & your horse’s needs. If you later change your mind, or your horse changes shape as horses do often, I cannot accept it back. If you purchased a pair of shoes, they were the correct size & you were happy with the condition at time of purchase, you couldn’t wear them for a few weeks then decide to return them. I offer a 7-day trial period so you can make sure you are completely happy with the saddle. After that period, I am afraid I can no longer accept the item back for a refund. However, I will re-sell it for you on commission or I may offer you a part exchange for a different saddle, although this will depend on the saddle you purchased originally.
Q: I have a western saddle I would like to sell, will you buy it?
A: Providing it is a good quality saddle, yes! Just email me some photos & info and I’ll be able to assess it and potentially give you a price. Otherwise, I would be happy to resell it for you on commission basis.
